Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped; they are not guaranteed.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sitvana.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve the issue.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.
